1. Do you offer custom trophies and awards?

Yes! We specialize in custom trophies, plaques, and awards for sports, academic, corporate, and special events. Each order is personalized to your specifications

2. How do I place an order?

You can order online through our catalog or contact us directly via phone or email to place a custom order.

3. Can I get a proof before my item is engraved or produced?

Yes. Upon request, we can email you a proof in PDF or image format. You must approve the proof before we proceed with personalization.

4. What is your turnaround time?

Please allow at least two weeks from the time you place your order for production and pickup/shipping. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

Since every order is custom-made, personalized items are not refundable. If we make an error with personalization, we will correct it at no cost. Returns of non-personalized items are accepted within 15 days but may be subject to restocking fees.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All online orders must be paid in full before processing.

7. Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush orders can be accommodated. A rush fee (starting at $25 or 15% of the order total) plus expedited shipping costs may apply.
